Join my meditation class from the comfort of your home through Zoom!  Any time, Anywhere We all have a life and busy schedule. We cannot always make the class live, but no worries! All classes will be recorded and archived for the attendees so that you can meditate on your own schedule. Live Q&A Do you have any questions? Ank me and we'll discuss it in class! Feel free to ask questions in the Q&A section of Zoom! If you cannot make the class, enter your question by filling out the contact form. Get Comfy! If you can, lie down on your bed with your favorite pillow and blanket. Or, sit back on a favorite couch or chair and relax. Enjoy the moment of total relaxation and hit that reset button! No Age Limit The meditation class is open to all ages who are ready. Please use your own discretion to decide if your child is ready for a meditation class.
